The Phone Service Committee serves both District 11 and District 4, Skagit county.  The committee manages the AA hotline, ensuring that it is available 24/7, and provides the resources hotline volunteers need to carry the message.  They put on workshops to train up hotline and 12-step-call list volunteers.
